Acadia Place is located behind Owens Elementary School in Smith County, Gresham Township. Acadia Place is not located in the Tyler City limits, but in Extra-territorial Jurisdiction of Tyler. As such, Tyler may one day elect to annex the subdivision.
- DESCRIPTION:
86 RESIDENTIAL LOTS divided into 5 neighborhood blocks constructed with CURB AND GUTTER STREETS and UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. Acadia Place is located in the extra territorial jurisdiction of the City of Tyler. Therefore all streets were constructed and inspected according to Tyler's subdivision guidelines.

Acadia Place is within the Tyler Independent School District (TISD). Students living in Acadia Place will attend the following public schools:

- RESTRICTIONS:
Acadia Place is controlled by the Acadia Place Building Restrictions. The restrictions provide for single-family dwellings of a minimum of 1550 square footage. The restrictions do not provide for a Homeowners' Association, but an Architectural Control Committee. Also, a copy of the Acadia Building Restrictions is provided at the execution of their sales contract. All questions regarding the restrictions should be directed to Jerry Fackrell.

- FIRE: FLINT VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT (approximately 4 miles Southwest of Acadia Place).
